The reverse side shows pronunciation (sometimes with more than one possible reading) and examples of common usage, with pinyin romanization and English Definitions. The enclosed reference cards are arranged alphabetically by Pinyin , with the number / frequency of the card for quick reference. Tone marks in the index have been omitted, but are listed on the cards themselves.
